Miami Children’s Health System, Inc., d/b/a Nicklaus Children’s Health System (“NCHS”), in Miami, Florida is seeking a Director BI/Data Analytics for the Enterprise Business Intelligence Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include directing enterprise data intelligence and data analytics for the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, which includes designing, developing, and supporting the data warehouse, dashboards, and other data analytical environments and systems; interacting with leadership, key stakeholders, developers, and technical departments to promote information sharing; coordinating enterprise data intelligence development; assisting in the coordination of development methodologies and tools to provide operational support across the Health System and its partners; and supervising and directing a team to ensure effective and timely business intelligence delivery services to clients. Telecommuting/Working from home is permitted.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field and at least 4 years of work experience in a Business IT/Analytics–related role, creating and automating distribution of KPI dashboards, data analytics, and reporting solutions in a healthcare environment. Of the required experience, at least 3 years must have involved the following: design, implementation and maintenance of data warehouses, data environments, setting procedures and data standards to adhere to the Healthcare/IT industry best practices, HIPPA security rule, and other health regulations, data pipelines, data collection patterns, and IT resource scheduling.
